What your customers see at checkout
A walk through hosted checkout from your customer's side, by crypto and by card.
Hosted checkout is the page your customers pay on. It works on any device, follows their light or dark setting, and speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Russian.
Paying with crypto
- The customer chooses Crypto, enters their email if you ask for it, then picks a coin and network.
Checkout as your customer sees it, choosing how to pay. - Checkout shows the exact amount, a QR code and a fresh payment address, both easy to copy, with a countdown for how long the rate is locked.
Paying in crypto: the exact amount, the address and its QR code, and the time left on the rate. - They send it from any wallet or exchange. On a phone, Open in wallet app fills it in for them, and on Ethereum and Polygon a browser wallet can pay in one click.
- Checkout shows the transfer as soon as it's seen, counts its confirmations, then shows Payment complete and the receipt, or sends them to your success URL.
Paying by card
The customer chooses Card and enters their email. Checkout opens a secure page where they enter their card, or use Apple Pay or Google Pay, and complete any identity check their bank asks for. Once it's approved, the payment is delivered to your wallet as crypto. See how card payments reach your wallet.
When something's off
- If too little arrives, checkout tells the customer part of their payment arrived and how much is left.
- If the rate lock runs out before they pay, they can select Get a new quote.
- If they paid but checkout didn't notice, I already sent it lets them report the transfer by its hash.
