Block a customer
Stop a customer from paying any of your links, and unblock them later.
Blocking a customer stops them from paying you again, through any of your links.
Block or unblock
- Open the customer from Customers.
- Select Block customer and confirm.
Their past payments aren't affected. To let them pay again, select Unblock customer.
A blocked customer shows as Blocked in Customers, and the Status filter shows everyone you've blocked.
Good to know
A block applies to the customer's email. Someone set on paying can use another address, so if you suspect fraud, archive the link too and email us at support@402pay.co.
