How rates are worked out
A payment's rate is always worked out on its price, never on a total that includes the fee. Network fees are separate: your customer's wallet pays them. A wallet month is charged once per calendar month, so replacing your wallet mid-month doesn't bill you twice.
Nothing comes out of a payment
Every payment lands in your wallet whole. Fees go on your statement, and 402pay collects them automatically. See how fees are collected, or let your customers pay them.
