Reset a forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a one-time reset link by email.
If you've forgotten your password, you can set a new one from the sign-in page.
Reset it
- On sign in, select Forgot password?
- Enter your email and complete the check.
- Open the link we email you. It works once, for 30 minutes.
- Choose a new password. If two-step verification is on, you'll also need a code from your app or a recovery code.
Resetting your password signs you out on every device.
If the email doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the email you signed up with. On Check your email, Send again takes you back to the form for another try. If you've lost access to your email too, contact support@402pay.co.
