Payments that need review
Late transfers, transfers on another network and payments customers report need a decision from you.
A payment needs review when money arrived but 402pay can't be sure it settles the payment on its own. The money is already in your wallet; the decision is whether to count it.
Why a payment needs review
| Late | The transfer arrived after the quote expired, within 7 days, so the locked rate no longer held. |
|---|---|
| Wrong network | The right address received it, but on another network than the one checkout showed. |
| Reported by the customer | The customer told checkout they'd paid and gave their transaction's hash. |
What you can do
- Open the payment from Payments → Needs review, or from Needs your attention on Home.
- Check what arrived, from which address, and its transaction on the network's explorer.
- Select Accept as paid to count it, or send the funds back to the customer from your wallet.
A longer rate lock in checkout settings means fewer late payments, at the cost of more exchange rate movement.
