Email alerts and the weekly summary
Choose which payments you're emailed about, turn on the weekly summary and send alerts to another address.
Settings → Notifications decides which emails you get about your business, and where they go.
The alerts
| Successful payments | On by default. |
|---|---|
| Failed payments | On by default. |
| Payments that need you | Underpaid payments and ones that need review. On by default. |
| Weekly summary | Your revenue, payments and top links from the week before, every Monday. Off by default. |
Send email alerts turns all of them off or on for this business at once. Product updates from 402pay have their own switch.
Security emails, such as a new sign-in or a change to your wallet, always go to the email you sign in with, and can't be turned off.
Send alerts to another address
Alerts go to the email you sign in with unless you choose another, such as a shared inbox for your team.
- Under Alert email, enter the new address and save.
- We email a 6-digit code to that address.
- Enter it under the field and select Confirm.
Until it's confirmed, alerts keep going to the current address. You can send a new code or cancel from the same place. You can start up to 3 new alert addresses an hour.
