How card payments reach your wallet
A card payment is converted to crypto before it lands in your wallet. Here's what that looks like in your dashboard.
A card payment is charged in your price's currency and converted to crypto before it reaches you, so it lands in your wallet just like a crypto payment.
Where the money goes
Once the card is approved, the payment is delivered as a coin you accept, on a network you accept, straight to your wallet. The payment's details show the coin, network, address and deposit under You receive.
It lands whole: the price, plus the processing fee if your customers pay the fees. 402pay's fee goes on your fee statement, never out of the payment.
Why the customer's transfer is missing
For crypto payments, the details show the customer's address and transaction. A card payment has neither, since the customer paid with a card, not a wallet. Its deposit into your wallet is listed instead.
