Move funds on Tron and Bitcoin
The dashboard can't send from Tron or Bitcoin yet. Here's how to move those funds with your recovery phrase.
Payments on Tron and Bitcoin land in your wallet like any other, but the dashboard can't sign sends there yet. Your recovery phrase can move them from a wallet app.
Move them with a wallet app
- Install a reputable wallet app that supports 24-word recovery phrases on that network.
- Restore your wallet in it with your recovery phrase.
- Send the funds from the app.
Missing a balance?
Every checkout pays to a fresh address, and wallet apps only look at a few addresses at first. If a balance is missing, look in the app's settings for an option to scan more addresses.
Or don't offer them
If you'd rather keep everything in the dashboard, turn Tron and Bitcoin off in Settings → Payments.
