Read your fee statement
Every fee, wallet month and collection, with what you owe after each one.
Your fee statement is in Settings → Payments, under Fees. It lists every entry that changed what you owe, and appears once there's a first one.
The entries
| Payment fee | A payment's rate and flat fee, added when it succeeds. |
|---|---|
| Wallet plan | Your wallet's monthly fee, added each month from the day it was made. |
| Collected from a payment | A payment that went to fees, taken off what you owe. |
| Adjustment | A correction or credit from our team. |
Reading it
Each row shows its amount and what you owed after it, newest first. A negative amount owed is credit, which pays your next fees. Payments also show their own fee, transaction fee and net, and the payments export includes all three.
