Every paid payment gets a hosted receipt. Your customer sees it right after paying, unless you send them to your own site, and can print it.
What a receipt shows
- Your business name and support email.
- What was paid: the price, any processing fee the customer paid and the total.
- How it was paid, and for crypto, the transfer on its network.
- When it was paid.
Do we email receipts?
No. 402pay doesn't email your customers. Link to the receipt, or send your own confirmation when you see the payment succeed. Your server can read the same receipt as data through the API.
Add your support email
Set it in your business profile so customers know where to reach you with questions.
