Retrieve fee estimates
Get what a send pays the network at each speed, and how long it takes.
What a send from your wallet would pay the network at each speed, slowest first: fee_usd, a decimal string in US dollars, and about how many minutes it takes. The fee is paid in the network's own coin, such as ETH on Ethereum, so sending a token needs some of that coin too. Sends take a person signed in to the dashboard, never an API key.
